I will never order from oncloud online again.. lots of money for a defective shoes!!!

The return process makes it a burden for me as I have already discarded the box and everything the order came in..

the person I spoke to was very nice and only doing her job, I understand that.. I will begin researching other companies compariable.

These shoes appear to be two different sizes and gap at the sides. My biggest complaint is there is absolutely no way to contact them even though I paid through PayPal.

I guess this I should just be glad its the only time Ive been scammed on an online order.

Trying to Return due to not true to size stated.

I ordered 5 items and the range of sizes was ludicrous. 41 was way too small and 42 was way too big, and one was not even sized.

And the size is a little sticker on the shoe, not imprinted on the shoe. I have tried to return for 30 days to no avail.

With such large variances, I simply have no confidence, of which I have stated over and over. I just want to Return the product.

Order placed by mistake for a pair of shoes, wrong size and all. Notified by my bank that two transactions were made for the same item!

By the time I got word it was too late to cancel the order. I did everything to get it canceled to no avail. The *** shoes arrived and they are exactly that, crap!!! They stink, literally, they are the wrong size, and in fact they are two different sizes.

Theres no indication on them of the size they are or who makes them. I got taken for over $90!

I am ticked! Needless to say.

User's recommendation: Beware! This company operates under different names, I think they’re out of Singapore. You cannot reach them by phone, and you can reach them by email but it takes them 24 to 48 hours to respond, and the responses in our from a robot I’m sure.
