I've been using there platform for over 10 years. The past two years, I haven't been using it but still paid for it.

I finally asked them to close my account due to business cuts and refund me the one month charge. They refused. Then i asked them to refund me the 1,600 unused sms credits, they refused. Instead they gave me instructions on how to delete my account.

After 10 years. Then they said something about 3 days past the threshold.

What am I supposed to do it's $10 a day just a text my question was you get free text every 24 hours or you just keep paying for it that's just ridiculous

Once I made a $20 purchase, I was charged again $12 about 5 minutes later.

They wanted more money. Can somebody explain this?
