Never even washed the vehicle. Sent tons of photos to them.

Quoted me price and then up charged to $786, then down to $686. Rip-off.

Detailer gave my sister in law business card to avoid going thru this company! Only one detailer in tTucson and none in Phoenix so no back coverage!!!I likely will pursue legal means.

We were completely dissatisfied with this service. They did not deliver as advertised.

I was told that he sprayed the roof of the RV but did not clean it. Also, they did not clean any vents. They were still scuffs and water stains that were not wiped away as advertised.

He put an upgraded wax on the RV trailer and said it had to cure for a couple of months and then had to be buffed out for additional money. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Not worth the money. Didn't have any signage on the vehicle.

The guy had his face so covered as if he didn't want to be recognized as he had out of state plates. I have numerous pictures of what he didn't do.

Missed wiping the inside and there was no water on the driveway, so I don't see how he washed the vehicle. Also didnt clean under the seat because there were still things left under it.

Felt like I was getting swindled. Technician tried to upcharge me and when I changed my mind the he became very pushy.

Did not deliver the services promised, did not do the roof or solar panels.

Did not wash vehicle but cleaned with spray bottles and microfiber cloths.

Total scam.

Paid almost $500 to have my truck washed, waxed and detailed. They upcharged me from the $400 they quoted, and my truck was no better than if I had taken it to a regular car wash.

Wheel wells filthy, seats dirty, didnt wipe the dash, none of the nooks and crannies were cleaned, and they left food and crumbs all over the center console. I had to ask them to remove the junk on my windshield that they didnt clean...absolute scam.

Called company to inquire about an inside Motorhome detail quote.I talked to Tammy making clear what I want done.She said they will do it and gave me a quote of $433.Technician Frank arrived stating he is not quite awake yet as he worked on his truck all night. He was in the RV for 7 hours but I don't know what he did in there.Walk through at about 5 pm showed that he did an absolute unacceptable job.I pointed out a few things and he got an attitude.He offered to make it right but since most things were still so filthy I made him leave.I was so stupid to give him $400 because I was fuming and just wanted him off the property.

He didn't offer a receipt and I totally forgot to ask for one. He also said it is a partnership and that he is not an employee.I called Tammy and gave her the story.She seemed to be understanding and stated that this technician is an employee.She said she would take care off my issue and get back with me the next day.I did not hear from her and called her at 5 pm.She said something about not having been in the office all day due to some personal issues and will talk to the technician the next day and also to the financial department. No call from her the next day, either.I sent a message via online form and sent an email on Saturday. I explained in detail what all wasn't done and that I have plenty photos to prove it.

I received an email back with no signature / not knowing who wrote the email.No apologies or any professional response just asking for photos or videos as "they have over 60 photos from the technician and according to them it looks like a *very clean detail*. I responded and added photos.

To this day I have not heard back again. I sent many more emails.I tried to call but they have blocked my number,the call did not go out. So my friend used her phone and called and another lady answered.

Supposedly it was Tammy's day off. She was off no help and my friend's number was blocked as well immediately after the phone call.

Despite many emails I have not heard.
