Cell phone repair gone bad.
Very poor communication'. Phone was fixed once however they did not replace charging port only re-soldered part. The repair lasted a day, then stopped working. Mailed back and after a week I contacted them for an update. The customer service rep stated the phone was now fixed and the tech had kept it a few days testing to make sure the repair was OK. Again no new parts installed. They stated the phone was fixed and would ship out that day. The following week, no phone arrived. I spoke with a repair manager who stated that the phone was not fixed and not shipped out and that I had to buy a new part for 29.00. The customer service rep apparently "dropped the ball" and made a mistake? This is what the service manager says after two phone calls and a complaint. Poor customer service, poor tech skills, and very bad business practices. I had phone shipped back not repaired and I will go somewhere else more professional. The "manager" didn't know what I was talking about the first conversation then must have read some notes on the file and came up with an alternative story. huge waste of money.
