I'll never buy their tickets again. The company changed the departure point from the center of Tbilisi to a location on the edge of it and, apparently, called us from a strange/technical number 45 minutes before departure to let us know.
We missed the call and called back immediately - their phone was not accepting calls. Either way, 45 minutes would hardly be enough for us to reach the new location as it was on the edge of the city. We were left at 23:00 in a foreign city with no transportation and no accommodation. They then refused a refund or even exchange the tickets, and even refused to admit any fault.
Absolutely unprofessional service. Next time, I'll go with Georgian Bus.

I bought tickets for 5 and when a got to a different location I had to wait until the next day cuz they did not have seating for me but they sell u the seats even tho they don't got enough seating

I brought a ticket for Monday night on t 20 of this month and I had to miss it cuz a family member passed away that same night my bus was at 10:10 at night I got the call at 9:55 at night plus I also catch the bus in a gas station in Harlingen tx so I called and called the station in Brownsville and I was told I lost the ticket and I can't understand why

He never made it to Mexico because he was left stranded in Brownsville, Texas in a isolated area.
Do not buy bus tickets from this company! They won't even give me a refund.
