First might I add they give a phone number and email to supposably “get in touch” with any concerns, but unfortunately when you call the listed phone number on their website it goes straight to voicemail . And if you send an email regrading the item you bought they never get back to you .

So first I was promised an email confirmation to TRACK my order but never got it . It states on the website it takes 1 OR 2 days to process and I ordered mine on a Wednesday . which means it should’ve shipped out on Friday . but Here I am STILL waiting for my 162$ hair I ordered .

Which I added extra shipping to it TO GET IN ENOUGH TIME .

now I’m asking for a refund and still no answer . so before you go on this website make sure to read the BAD reviews and then decide to NOT buy anything .

I placed my order on July 29th (Saturday) and I paid $15 for the fastest shipping (3-7 business days) and I still have not received my stuff. I want my money back! They cheated me and my stuff is still not here!

Few days ago, i was placing an order on the website named omgnb, and i bought school backpack and one canvas backpack from two of their brands, "MXM" and the "SCCOTTON", and there is nothing unusual while i was ordering or paying.

However, on the next day morning, i receive an email from the seller, and it said that, one of my order lists backpack was out of stock!!! And they told me that whether agree with their refund to me or choose another backpack instead.

So that is the case, it is obvious that is their mistake lead to the case. And what i found is that school backpack there still show in stock!!!

Should i ask for the compensation? Or just take the refund of that bag? Actually, i'm really not happy with the state of that backpack is still in stock, although they respond quickly and agree to refund to me.

As the title said, I just bought two pairs of shoe on that... and that's my first time purchase on that site, oh, yeah, anyone heard about the brand of SIKETU?

That is the brand i bought from, 3 days passed, i'm kind of worry about my purchase, though they are so cheap, but i'm still upset about the first time shopping on this site.

Because there comes no more information from the website, only one order confirmation email which was sent to my junk box too... Does it normal or what should i do?

I bought omgnb.com backpack because it was nice,When I got this backpack I Loved it! It's cool looking,the backpack has a very nice texture and sits comfortable on my shoulders .

When I first opened up package, I found the backpack is not as big as I originally thought. It holds the laptop but can not fit any books in it. I am a college student I was under the impression it would be able to hold my books. If you need to carry much more than the laptop, charger and some small accessories you may find this doesn't have the space to meet you needs.

SO disappointed.

I'm returning it. Thank goodness for free returns.
