Beware of Chinese made Massage Chairs from Omega Massage Chairs
It turns out Omega substituted a lesser quality material on the footrest of my chair. I am told it is a mixture of vinyl pieces and leather melted together.
Pieces of material literally fly off the chair when you turn on the massage switch. Beware of buying Massage chairs on the web! You would not believe what I went through to get a call back from this company. I finally reached the President who told me he no longer had replacement materials.
When I made it clear Omega needed to do something he stated he wanted me to sign a release before he did anything.
Why would anyone sign a release before the product was fixed? Hence we sit with a chair that looks like it went through a fire.
Preferred solution: Send me material that matches the chair and a footrest assembly and I will pay the labor cost for upholstery and installation then send the old assembly back.
