Open Permit and Leaking Picture Window, chipping house paint

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The picture window is leaking and messing up the inside interior wall of the house and air and water is coming in. Then I paid 134,00 to close the permit left open since 2015 on the house.

My hose paint is changing colors and chipping. And I dont have a number to get in contact with anyone. I have learned my lesson.

I would tell anyone, do there research first Then check with the BBB. To do a back ground check.

I reported them to the bbb. And now the company has shut down. I need help. I take care of my blind mother who can barely walk.

And were freezing in this house with no heat because of the open permit left by Omega Home Remodeling.

Please help. Thank you.

Pros:
  • Craftsmanship
Cons:
  • Not completing their work

Preferred solution: The permit closed, my picture window fixed where it closes and not leak. And my wall repaired. And my price reduced. I had to have my front door fixed out of pocket myself. They left it gaped where air came in at the top and it wouldn’t lock.

User's recommendation: Check BBB for Company rating and verify License number
