Almost 6 mos and counting. Promised before thanksgiving then Christmas then my birthday in Jan its almost March ordered last year in Sept.
They say all the pretty words but do nothing, their foes and sales people do nothing investigate all their brands and buy elsewhere.
Too big and too busy to care about real people my daughter has her wedding coming in weeks and we are stuck with an unfinished mess. Run!

We ordered our Omega cabinets with slab drawer fronts in June of 2021 to match the existing Omega cabinets we already had. The cabinets were delivered with 5-piece drawer fronts.
The designer re-ordered replacement drawer fronts. Half came as slab, and half came as the same incorrect 5-piece drawer fronts we already had. The designer re-re-ordered the missing slab drawer fronts. Today, the order arrived.
- The order contained only 4 of the 5 missing slab drawer fronts. None of the drawer front are useable.
- All of the drawer fronts were 1/4 inch short - so visibly incompatible with the existing doors and drawers
- Two of the drawer fronts were 1/4-1/2 inch too tall.
The contractor is beyond frustrated, and so am I.
It has been nearly a year since the cabinets were delivered. The cabinets were paid for on delivery, so we have no leverage even though the product is not what we ordered.
The contractor is now providing detailed measurements for each drawer front to the designer in an attempt to finally get correctly sized drawer fronts.
It should not take a year for a cabinet supplier to resolve issues with an incorrect order.

Horrible experience with Omega cabinets.
I'm currently in the process of remodeling my kitchen and bar. We originally ordered my cabinets in october 2021 and were told that there was a 4 months lead time and we had to order right away because Omega was going to raise prices within a week.
We were comfortable with ordering Omega as they were the top brand in semi custom cabinets and came highly recommended. So we didn't shop around and just decided to go with the "best". Although we were happy with our Diamond brand cabinets for our bathrooms. We received our cabinets in February as promised and due to things running long, they sat in my garage until we were ready to install.
We opened up the cabinets in March and to our surprise 50% of the cabinets had major defects that I could not accept the product. We immediately ordered replacements and were told that we would have them in 4 weeks. Well, it's May 27 2022 today and I recieved my replacements 8 weeks later. I cannot believe the quality of the product from Omega.
The new cabinets still have dings, missing paint, chips along the shelves and doors, scratches and smears all along the top. I'm beyond frustrated with the experience of my cabinets and this is what I paid nearly $40k for! In addition to putting my entire remodeling project on hold for months and costing me extra stress and money from not having a kitchen and having to order out every meal, paying for storage of my entire 1st floor just because it's waiting for cabinets.
This is probably one of the worst products that I've received in my remodeling. DO NOT BUY FROM OMEGA.

Incredible incompetence. Still no resolution after 14 months.
We ordered a custom bathroom vanity October 2021 through Studio 41. It arrived in April 2022, but one of the three sections was missing.
Took until July for it to arrive, and it did not exactly match the original two sections. The depth of the top drawer in one section was too shallow. They have re-made the drawer four times, and each time it was wrong. Just heard that the latest drawer, which was supposed to be installed tomorrow (12-30-22), is again incorrect and has to be re-made.
WORST product/customer service ever.
They truly don't care! Spend your money elsewhere.

The finish is not a paint. There are chips and cracks that need attention.
The cabinets can't be touched up with paint. If it was wood, it could be touched up. $15,500 for 13 cabinets is an ok price, but there needs to be a way or rep to fix the problem areas.
The cabinets do not extend to the ceiling, and my ceiling is only 8 ft tall above the finished floor. This is a standard ceiling height and there is a gap of 3.5 inches above each cabinet, wasting 5.5ft squared space.
The cabinet height should extend to the ceiling.
The cabinet doors bump into each other when 2 doors are open. My other older cabinets never had this problem.

We ordered and paid over in full for Omega cabinets on October 1st, 2021. Twenty-three weeks later, we still do not have our product.
Our contractors have been unable to do any work and have been at a standstill for over a month now. We have requested Omega send the internal parts of the range fan we ordered to at least get the drywall and painting completed, and they won't. I have emailed Omega and messaged them on social media, but they will not respond. Our estimated delivery date was 12-14 weeks; that would have been January 7th at the latest.
Omegas practices are entirely unacceptable.
Omega does not have any accountability, and they do not even bother to communicate with the store we bought the merchandise from. I wish we never ordered from Omega as we still have no idea when our shipment will come and have wasted thousands of dollars waiting for the house to be done due to Omegas inability to fulfill their orders in an even remotely manner and complete lack of communication.

Cabinet split in half and fell on my son
We bought these cabinets for $30,000. After 6 years of use, one of the cabinets spontaneously split in half and fell on my son.
It had a glass insert so it could have seriously hurt him. The company did not stand by their product and said this was not covered by the warranty. They actually said we "must have opened it too much." I'm 44 and have opened cabinets all my life and this has never happened before.
They wanted to charge us over $1000 to replace the cabinet door. I would seriously discourage anyone from purchasing from this company.

Failure of pins
Waiting for Omega to respond their customer service was closed some sort of meeting
The pins holding up the lazy Susan top shelf fell down I need new pins to hold it up. At least 2 pins are broken

Waiting on correct size panel for 7 weeks now. 4 months total since original ordering all cabinets
Tried calling omega cabinets, was on hold for 30 minutes then was told i couldnt be helped since i do not know account number from local retailer i bought these from. Waited 18 weeks now for one 54inch finished panel that covers a island end.
8 weeks have been since receiving cabinets which they sent a 60inch panel. No it cant be just cut down since theres 3 inserted panels in said piece. No answers from me or my retail store.
Sad! I can not influence anyone with going with this brand!

We are very unhappy!!
Last week, we had a client who was adamant with using omega cabinetry for their very large kitchen. Our company reached out to customer service to obtain a contact number for a area representative to open a new account.
After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I was told that I would be contacted shortly and as of yet to be contacted and may have lost the job.

They did get back to me in a timely manner
I tried to contact Omega Cabinetry directly because I needed specific information about one of their products product. They do not have a telephone number where I can speak with a sales associate.
I also went through their website to try to contact them, although their website was hard to navigate to try to complete a "Contact Us" submission. They responded within 24 hours and were able to answer my emailed questions. They were very good about subsequent/follow-up questions. I am very pleased that I got a response.
I did urge them to have some sort of customer service number where a person could contact them directly rather than using websites like this one :-) I was told you can ask authorized dealers questions about their products.
But I did not find a place on their website which listed authorized dealers. Overall, I am no longer a pissed off consumer :-)
