I had to cancel my policy several months ago, did so by phone and email to address given. Asked for deposit refund and any partial payment owed not received to date 10/12/2023.

I am simply trying to get my oil change paid for so that I can leave the Hyundai dealership. I have been here for hours on an oil change that was done!

I still haven't heard back from these guys nor can I get in touch with them I've been waiting on my refund ..it's funny how it's was no problem for them to go into my account faithful every month to take the money out and it was there but now that it's time for me to get my refund back because I fell on hard times now I can't reach them at all no answer no return calls absolutely nothing this is crazy but if I had kept the policy they wouldn't have had a problem keep going into my account to take the money out ...it's rough out here and people are going through...I need my money back a.s.a.p but now it's a problem..no answers, no return calls after several messages...it's unprofessional and ridiculous...
