I am seeking your assistance to denounce the company named OMECI BIKES. I ordered a bike from them about three months ago. They promised a delivery between 20-25 days. I ordered the bike based on this timeframe delivery. Sadly, months have elapsed but I have not received the bike. I kept sending emails, and kept receiving empty promises after empty promises. They said they would refund my money plus 50% for the inconvenience. So far, I have not received anything. Worse, they stopped answering my emails. I tried to send other messages through their website. I have not received any answers. I looked for their phone number, but could not find any. I would be grateful if you can help me here. What steps I should take to recoup my money, and above all expose this abusive, fraudulent and manipulative company Kind regards, Mourad
