Poor Customer Service Bait and Swithc
he dealership initially agreed to a fixed price on a car and after the weekend went to get the car the said they want $800 more. General Manager claimed that the sales rep had no right to agree to the price that was offered by my 18 year old son.
This was binding verbal agreement but they have no intentions on keeping their word. He tried to pull together all his funds in order to get this car after looking for two months found this car he liked. I feel like they aren't looking to keep customers but to take advantage due to their greedy nature. Not a business I would recommend to buy your next car.
Keep looking at other dealers. This place clearly has no moral grounds.
