Won’t give me a refund
- - Ordered March 6 with expedited 3-5 day shipping; not shipped by Mar 14.
- - Prom is on March 18; earliest delivery now March 20; a 20% refund is offered.
I placed an order on March 6 and paid an extremely high amount of money for expedited shipping for 3 to 5 days. Here we are nine days later on March 14 and they still have not even shipped the dress.
My daughters prom is March 18 and I explain that to them before I purchased to make sure the dress would arrive on time. Of course I was assured it would. Fast forward to today and they are now telling me that the dress will not even be here at the earliest March 20 and they want to know if they can give me a 20% refund for the inconvenience. My daughters prom is on the 18th.
I told them the dress would not be useful to me and that since they have still not shipped the dress, I want to cancel.
They keep only offering me a 20% refund even though they have not shipped the dress. I have opened a dispute, explaining the situation with my bank, and I am hoping to get my money back for this dress that was never even shipped to me.

I ordered Red A Line Floor Length Deep V Neck Sleeveless Chiffon Side Slit Prom Dress,Party Dress P525 at Mar 8, and I told them I want this dress before April, because I am worried the dress quality and the size not fit! Then I can refund it.
But let me so surprised when I received the dress the fit and length is perfect and the material is beautiful and flowy!
