Several months ago, I had a conversation with the owner of OmanEumaroma.ca, which initially felt promising. He spoke passionately about the quality of his frankincense oils and their artisanal production methods.

Based on our interaction, he gave me a small samplejust a few dropson good faith, which left a strong enough impression to prompt a substantial order totaling over $2,500.

The agreement, as discussed in person, was straightforward: I would pay for half of the order upfront (approximately $1,200) so that he could begin distillation. In return, I would receive the full shipment of frankincense oils and related products within two weeks. Unfortunately, that shipment never came.

What followed was a long, frustrating stretch of silence. My emails went unanswered.

Calls went to voicemail. When I finally managed to reach him, the tone and nature of our agreement inexplicably shifted. He began referring to my payment not as a purchase, but as an investment in his company. This was never discussed, never agreed upon, and never documented in any formal capacity.

When I reminded him of our agreement, he denied its existence.

I provided a screenshot of the receipt from the event where I made the purchase. He dismissed it as fabricatedan accusation that was not only deeply offensive but completely false. It was at that point that I realized my trust had been misplaced.

He later claimed the "investment" had been lost due to a delay in customs, and that the frankincense never arrived. This, again, contradicts the original understanding: I was not investing in a business venture.

I was purchasing products in good faith, under specific terms, with clear verbal and digital records.

To this day, I have received nothingno product, no refund, and no acknowledgment of the agreement we made. The transaction, it seems, has been completely dismissed by the owner.

It's important for me to share this experience not out of spite, but out of a sense of responsibility to others. Perhaps when the owner does have products in stock, they are of good qualitythough some reviews suggest even that may not be the case. One review I came across even claimed that the supposed "essential oil" was no more than tap water.

In summary, I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
