They are not responding
I have a tornado damage claim with them. Their agent Sylvia ford was great to begin with but has disappeared since Nov 23.
Im not sure what happened because she was my claim rep since April23 and was responsive and quick. But in Nov when I sent in my last estimates she disappeared.
I have tried to call her supervisor Ryan Curry but he too wont call back or reply emails. I am on the *** of calling Tim Strobels office but just want these last three estimates resolved.
