They need to stand by the warranty. I paid almost $200 and spent 23 hours applying it the correct way. I only got 8 months out of it before it bubbled and chipped.of course it is a hassle to get anywhere with the warranty.I have told so many other people not to use it and they did not.

We refinished our deck last summer with this product and it didnt even last a year. We have peeling all over and it looks horrible! Do not use this product! Now, to remove the damaged covering will be very labor intensive and time consuming. Livid!
