Olympic heating and cooling sent me nasty letter over feedback

during a heater breakdown one cold night, i called olympic heating and cooling [shelton, washington] for an emergency service call, and the emergency tech could not be bothered to come to my house to check my furnace and verify which part was broken [he claimed he didn't have the part without checking which part needed replacing]. they came late the next morning after i shivered all night, only to find that it was a simple part which the tech most likely could have replaced the previous evening. on top of this they charged me a $100 surcharge and this was during a business day, not after hours! so when i received a feedback form from their parent company [trane] i indicated these happenings. a few weeks later i received a hostile letter from the owner of olympic heating and cooling full of misrepresentations, and an] veiled accusation to me that i was a liar. this is bad business for a firm to retaliate against [by badmouthing] a customer for simply and honestly filling-out a feedback form for a firm's parent company. please people, think before using this company to fix your furnace.

You sound like a real ***, you should find something better to do with you free time and by the way if you took care of your furnace it probably wouldnt break down in the middle of winter
