Ordered 250cc dune buggy/go kart from olson power sports with mythical warrantee. First off the buggy I ordered after hours and hours of research was suddenly out of stock after I paid for it then he contacted me and told me that the slgk 250r was the best buggy out with this engine size and that he would send me that one but he needed consent right away.

After receiving it and putting the ENTIRE VEHICLE together which supposedly just needed the tires and roll cage installed and could be done by average Joe. As I put it together and checked everything I noted anything broken or missing (front hub nut cross threaded not even holding hub tight, horn shorted and melted the harness fender bracket broken ext., oh I forgot to mention it wouldn't start! Oh also forgot to mention after I got it to start (luckily I'm a mechanic) it didn't move! ) after getting it moving the wiring problems began that prevented the machine from running for two months because NO ONE had a wiring diagram in fact NO ONE had ever heard of an slgk250r!

So after figuring it out myself and finally getting it running again I take it out for a test drive and get out of my yard into the trail and the rear yoke shears the teeth off of the differential! Mind you I've been calling these people non stop as well as atvsupplier.com which is the sister company with no help they just stopped answering the phone.

So I lost out on over $3000 for an oversized door stop! FML

We received our ATV, for our son for Christmas. It didn't run from the very beginning.

We called them, they worked with us having us change batteries, oil, all kinds of things. But this was a brand new machine. It should have worked from the beginning. The tires were on the rims backward!

We had to take them to a tire shop out of the box. It was just one thing after another. They had us shooting ether into it to get it to start. It was for an 8 year old.

Who wants an 8 year to shoot ether into a 4 wheeler to get it to start. We finally got fed up, because Olson wouldn't give us our money back unless we paid a 25% restocking fee plus shipping to get it there. After spending all that we would not have had anything left. We called the manufacturer and he said he would fix it if we got it there (Texas - we live in VA) but again, the cost.

He said Olson should not be drop shipping these ATVs. They are meant to be set up and worked on by a dealer first! Long story short - do not buy from these people. We bought our son a Yamaha and have not had a moment's trouble with it.

It starts everytime and runs all the time. The one from Olson's wouldn't start unless you heated it up and shot ether into and all kinds of nonsense, then it would just stop 15 minutes into riding it.

We knew this ATV wasn't as good as Yamaha, and we figured we'd replace it in a year or two, but figured our son would outgrow it anyway. We never, in a million years figured that it would not work while brand new!

bought ATV online from Olson Powersports 664 S Seguin Ave new Braunfels TX 78130 did not ship product and refuses to refund 705.00 this is a scam have notified FBI,BBB,FTC,TX Attorney general,New Braunfels police dept. they all know of this scam but have yet to do anything about it.

do not do any business with Olson Powersports they will rip you off. Also known as the family exchange.

this is pure internet theft and should be stopped, the complaints on the internet are over the top on this scam and many other people have been ripped off as well.

They are unproffesional and took my money after telling me to wire money that I would receive my product quicker. I called them numerous times and have not received a phone call back nor do I have my quad that I purchased.

I am going to report them to the Better business bureua.
