Resolved: DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
- - Return policy not honored; no return instructions.
- - Pushed for store credit; 12+ emails ignored.
- - 4X coat did not fit; no sizing charts posted.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. It was never resolved. Do not buy from this company.
Although the company advertises a 30-day return policy, they refused to provide return instructions and repeatedly tried to push store credit instead of honoring a return.
I have now sent more than 12 emails requesting return details, and my messages are being ignored. The coat ordered was a 4X, yet when it arrived it wouldnt have fit a teenager. When I contacted customer support, I was told the item was the correct size, but that the manufacturer may use different sizing charts.
However, no size charts or warnings are posted on their website to indicate this.
Extremely misleading practices, poor communication, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
