Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
My package is missing. I contacted the delivery company, and they said Oliver Cabell placed a different shipping address on my package. Now, there are no answers.

Having the worst customer service experience ever with this company. I should have read the customer reviews before attempting to order anything online from Oliver Cabell.
Back in August of this year I ordered a pair of sneakers then a few days later tried to track the shipment and got more pop-up screens than I have ever experienced in my life. A few days later my credit card company shut down my card because of attempted third party attempts to charge more money on my credit card. This company really needs to clean up its online services. I have tried several times to email Oliver Cabell but all of the replies have only worsened the problem that I am having with this company.
A couple of days ago I finally received an email notice of delivery and then the next day I received an email and a Whatsapp stating that I still owed another 100 dollars before the sneakers would be delivered. Why am I receiving Whatsapp messages when I never allowed Oliver Cabell that means of communication.
I have since received more notices via email and Whatsapp asking for more money which I refuse to pay. I am now in communication with my credit card company to cancel this order and will never attempt to purchase anything from this company again.

Pre ordered 2 pairs of shoes back I may and I just received one pair about 4 weeks ago and I havent received the second pair plus Ive try to reach them through the email and no response. At this point I just want my money back

This company does not honor their return policy. I paid over $200 for a pair of sneakers, which arrived a month after promised.
I tried on one shoe, it didnt fit, put it in the box and sent back. After two week they told me they wouldnt refund my money because the shoes were worn. One shoe may have had some dirt on it but easily cleaned with water and the other untouched, but clearly no evidence of wear.
Theyll only offer a new pair or store credit, which makes no sense. Just refund the money!

I ordered $250 shoes as a Christmas present last October. It's the end of August and this company won't respond to my emails or refund my money. Total scam.

Ordered wrong size as I ordered mens 8 instead of ladies 8 by accident. realised working a few hours and they said they couldnt change order.
They have not Not completing a return status as its still pending and its going to close $80+ AU dollars to return order.

Im trying to return a pair of shoes that I got for my husband and no one is helping me. Im worried that I will miss the time frame of being able to return.

I need to talk somebody that can take care of my case.
I have several complaints and no one in the company cares. First, the order was made by a mistake on your page.
Then, the shoes were on sale and you charged the full price. Then I chat with a representative and he told me he can reimburse but nothing else can be made. I can return the shoes with a fee plus I have to pay shipping expenses, so either way I loose, and I didnt have the possibility to explore other models. If dont accept the shoes I have to pay a penalty of 75 dlls, so there is no way to negotiate with you even though it was your systems fault.
And finally, I just received an email from DHL stating that I need to pay import fees of aprox 150 dlls, are you kidding me?? Almost same price for the shoes.
I had no idea and you didnt advice on that. If you would, then I wouldve considered buying the shoes.
I would really like to talk to someone with some criteria to help me on my case.
