It is fraudulent… they said buy three and get three free and I was charged for all six.
The ad said if I bought three I got three free and I was charged for 12 pens so none of them were free and I’m confused. Is this a fraud or is this a real purchase?

I wanted to cancel my order and request a refund the same day that I made the order and was told that I was not going to be charged and my funds were being held by my bank and would fall off. However, the next day Olivelle took my funds, shipped the order, and said that they could not refund my money because the order was already shipped, although I was told the previous day that wasn't the case.
I haven't been able to speak verbally with anyone; instead, I have to keep submitting forms and emails. This is so unprofessional and disappointing.

Never received product but was charged
First I only ordered 1 set of pens but you marked it as two. I tried numerous emails, filled out the required complaint form but to no avail.
Emailed you within 5 mins of noticing mistake on order.No response. You charged me 117.59 on my credit card . I never received anything. Your company sucks at customer service..never ever speak to anyone even if you call.
I would never ever recommend your company.
