Broccoli soup was watery and tasteless. The zucchini fries were greasy dry and cold. The sandwiches hardly had any meat on their. I also forgot to mention. When you try to call to complain. The line just hangs up on you. You will never speak to anyone.

I met my daughter and 3 year old grandson (who are in from Fl), at your Lathrup location. I told them to go ahead and order since theyd arrive 10 min before me. When I arrived, there were menus and crayons on the table. There was no water, no server. I saw 1 and she said she was the only one. After a total of 30+ minutes and no water after requesting some, we left. I have been going to Olgas since the Continental Mkt. and I ve never had nonexistent service. Where was the Manager?? Imagine a hungry, thirsty 3 year old waiting. I will never recommend or visit that location ever again!

Mattie was the server and did a nice job The food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean, Robbi was attentive and answered any questions, made sure we were comfortable and received everything we requested. I will recommend this location to others.

New curly fried

Today we visited our local Olgas and were very disappointed with the new curly fries. The prior curly fries were delicious and our favorite part of the meal. The new fries seem to have a coating or breading that absorbs the grease and as a result they are very greasy. The grease is all that we could taste. We each ate one or two fries and left the rest. We used to visit at least once a week but since our favorite part of the meal is no longer available we likely wont return.

Food was not prepared properly. We wanted a party size of snackers, and they said they didnt have that size. We were able to order it in the past. Almost 50 dollars spent and the food was horrible. Snacked are supposed to be severed soft not hard, and they didnt even fill the box !! This is my first formal complaint, but this is not the first time. The quality and service used to great at this store, but has declined !!

I went into Olgas in Southfield, MI. The young lady at the counter was very rude. I asked a normal question as to how much longer the food would take. She told me to come in back and work. That triggered me. She came back out and totally ignored me as if I was not standing there. I asked for the manager. I saw her tell the manager I wanted to speak to her. The manager looked at me and kept doing what she was doing. I then asked for corporates number. She told me she didnt know the number. I got upset. She sat my food in the window w/o telling me my food was ready. She left it up to me to look in the window. The young lady told me a job is a job. She also told me to step outside. As if she was gonna fight me. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT OLGAS!!! I called the Olgas in Royal Oak, MI and spoke w/ their manager. Their manager said that was totally unacceptable. She gave me a direct contact of HR. I spoke w/ HR and she also said it was unacceptable. Im not sure what will happen next. I dont appreciate the customer service I received. Its sad this young community has no work ethics.

I placed an order for original Olga with super cheese. I received a gyro with cheese and sauce only NO MEAT and it was iced cold. My order of smackers were cold and burnt.

Customer is always right

I come in to Olga's in Kalamazoo about once every two weeks and order the trio. Small Olga and two sides. I have always gotten fries and snackers as my sides. Last night I was told I could not get snackers as a side so I asked to speak to the manager. She did nothing to rectify the situation all she did was tell me that the employees should not have done that. So we just got snackers and no other food. They lost out on two decent checks over snackers.

Order not right, but I would have thought they would replace my entire meal, but they didn't. They just refunded me for the part of the meal that was not right. Not good Olga's, especially for a 30yr customer. I think I'll take my loyalty elsewhere.
