Placed order Oct 11 2022, $96 received order confirmation and absolutely no contract from them since the day i ordered. I have tried to reach out several times with no luck.

Old Town Atelier refused to update me on my order after asking when it would be shipped. After no response I requested a full refund several weeks later. He just completed ignored me and wouldn't respond back!

I placed an order. And when I didn't receive it, I discovered that they operate under 2 names.
Old Town Atelier and Press and Ink. I have filed a claim to get my money back. And they blocked me from their FB group Glowforgers. They are known scammers and I wasn't aware when I gave them my money.
They have orders clear back to June, that have never been shipped. Stay away!!

Dan Kolar and Alexandra Kolar from Old Town Atelier scammed me out of $400.
I purchased laser materials from Old Town Atelier back in July. After getting my money, they went MIA. Weeks later, after requesting a refund, they finally reply claiming they shipped my order.
They told me to refuse the delivery and they would give me the refund.
So I did what they told me to and the package was returned to them.
Next they blocked me and kept my money.
I messaged Dan Kolar on Facebook asking where the refund he promised me was and then he blocked me!
Old Town Atelier has scammed me and many other people.
They used to be a good-ish company but now they are a blatant scam.
They are currently under investigation by multiple agencies.
Avoid Old Town Atelier!
