Terrible customer service.And not getting my product to me on a time.Ly fashion
I ordered replica GH November 29th. It was supposed to be delivered to me on december third, which it was not.
I have sent them 3 or 4 messages with my concerns. In telling them that I have not received my product and it's been really bad customer service. They have not even tried to expedite my order to me.And now it is december twelfth and I am still waiting.
As a first time buyer, I will never use this company again regardless. Of how good the products might be.

Cancel subscription
I used my email, to try and cancel my subscription. Old School Labs sent me bogus links that would not allow me to access my account.
Ive been a customer for years, Im extremely dissatisfied with the after when you want to cancel your subscription. OSL has a new product I wanted to try, but after this service, I longer trust OSL. There is another company i will go through. I encourage you to pull up my account.
OSL account to verify how much money Ive spent with OSL.
I would appreciate a call from a Legit OSL company number. Thank you.

To cancel my monthly delivery of fat burner

Change of Ownership, lack of Customer Service
Time to find another Supplement Company. Old School labs has made no contact with its Athletes-Ambassadors for a Money since Ownership has now changed.
It is disrespectful and pathetic.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS anymore with them. Go Elsewhere.
