Aren't you too on the hook for servicer's failure to actually do whatever it is they're supposed to when it comes to third party liability claims? Oh that be freakish curiosity. More importantly is getting hold of one who be competent enough to take the submission, forward for review, then fact finding, forward to the money place, and deliver to filer ( the money ). If claim be not dismissed as frivolous, and approval occur. FedEx Office attendant affixed postages to the wrong boxes. Yea, its been like one year. I say to the fedex lady, do this like this, and its not What happened? Package to me goes to India, Package to India goes to me. What loss had you? Both sustained damage, transit or improperly packed? Assurances? Guaranteed In Store Services ..aint panned out just yet. ¯\_( ʖ )_/¯gallagher bassett: i mean, y'all the insurer, why i cant ..., and y'all not....?
