Unflavored chips
I purchased two bags of the salt and vinegar chips (my daughter's favorite!) for her pool party at our local Target store (Target Stillwater, MN). When we opened the first bag, they were regular chips- No salt or vinegar at all.
Thinking it was a mistake, we opened the next bag and they were also regular- not salted or vinegar. It was odd and pretty disappointing to the party goers.

I went to the gas station after working my overnight job and wanted to get a bag of chips and the thing of French onion dip the usual brands that I buy for French onion dips were out so I bought the Old Dutch French onion dip it was in a jar it wasn't refrigerated but it wasn't open so I wasn't worried about it when I got home I opened the jar opened my bag of chips and started to eat it and I literally couldn't even take more than two or three bites of the dip. It's way too strong and it's gross I can usually eat way more dip than I want to just absent-mindedly while I'm watching movies or TV shows and to be honest with this one I can't even force myself to eat a little bit of it it's just going to sit in my fridge until it goes bad and I throw it away

Mixed flavour ( wrong) on chips
We purchased a 235g bag of au gratin chips, they were orange like they should be but tasted like pickle- I reached out to the company and told them- they wanted 50g sent back. They sent me a paid postage envelope to return, along with 2 free coupons.
Fine print in coupons says not to exceed $5 retail including tax.
Im in NL, with 15% taxes, the chips cost $4.69 + tax, so I cannot even redeem it to get the same amount of product back, they advised me to get 2 small bags (66g) - for starters, it does not equal what I already purchased and had to send back but also equals more than the allowed $5 on the coupon! So I have to go out of my way to return a product that is wrong so they can analyze, and cannot even get product back to equal what I spent!

QC problem
If I wanted mashed potatoes I buy them, last 3 boxes were nothing but crumbs and very small pieces, never used to be like that

Your company adding broken and very small pieces/ crumbs to boxes of chips that wouldnt have crumbs of this volume.

Old Dutch Crunch chips
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! I can't say enough good things about the Old Dutch Crunch chips.
I lost my sense of taste and smell (covid) almost 2 years ago. These chips are absolutely the crunches I have ever had.
They are the first thing I have eaten for 2 years that I thoroughly enjoyed!!! I am 75 years old and I just want to say WHAT A TREAT!

Product disappointment
hi there,
i have been a loyal old dutch dill pickle chip enthusiast for many years. i refuse to buy any other brand.
however my most recent purchase was quite disappointing. this bag had little to no dill pickle seasoning. it was like a disappointing bag of lays potato chips. i have eaten many old dutch dill pickle chips over the years and am very familiar with the standard that has been set.
this bag did not reach those standards.
overall im quite disappointed. i would appreciate some sort of compensation for my emotional grievances.
