Complaint

I went in for a return on an item which was purchased right before the pandemic. Later I realized that it was the wrong size, I went to return the item, and I was told no return due to COVID-19. Later when I realize I still had them along with the receipt I was told it has been too long. I don't think it's fair to refuse my return when I tried to return it earlier. Really could have switched it out for a different size didn't want the money.

User's recommendation: Don’t go over 30 days.
