Unethical Company -Do not order
I viewed the customer's website for a possible order. I did not select 'submit order', but the next day, I received an order confirmation for $214 worth of product which I did not order.
I tried to cancel but could not. After receiving the product, I sent an email to support for a return label. Sofie from Customer Service informed me that I would need to return it to China at my expense. The shipping cost is $70.
They are not an honest company - stay away from ordering. Their customer service is very poor!
