They did not honor their 30 day money back guarantee, and after pointing out their buy 2 get 1 free was a farce as they sent me an email where they were selling them for around $25.00 a piece

I contacted them first due to the additional email where it showed that I was not receiving one free as they advertised and they ignore all the emails. They refused to even reply.

After receiving it having the item for less than 30 days I requested to return for a full refund and requested the return shipping label.

Again many emails ignored finally agreeing to take the item back and give me a full refund I ended up paying for the return shipping, and they never refunded my money.

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: do not trust a company that does not return emails, know that your credit card company will not give you a credit as according to them there is no proof that the post office did not lose the package.
