Car hire
Terrible. Waited 3,5 hours for our rental car.
Family with my little girl waited outsite all the time. 150 People before me who also had to wait all the time.
In the end a nice guy at nr#1 at the desk understood the problem and helped me out.
So only 5 stars for him! Never again rent a car at OKMOBILITY Mallorca.

Charges on unverified and non existing vehicle damages
Hi,
I would like to contest the invoice of extra charges related to damages that were not reported and informed at the end of the contract. These damages were not validated or even existent in the vehicle.
In the attachment, you can find the videos and media I took when I got the car, before leaving OkMobility garage.
Please review the invoice and reimburse the charges made on my credit card, as they are illegal and not applicable.
I am looking forward to solving it in the best and reasonable way.

Sanal kart dan araç kiraladım ancak sanal ile olmadığını söylediler ama uygulama bana rezervasyon yaptı yani paramı aldılar bende başka kartımdan bir daha tuttum ancak kartımın hata verdiğini söylediler bu sefer müşteri hizmetlerini aradım bankam bana Kart ile ilgili sorun olmadığını söylediler açıkçası bana araba vermek istemiyorlardı bir daha ordan para çekti toplam da 6000 lira dan fazla param çekildi ancak araba verilmedi paramın iadesini istiyorum param iade edilmez ise dava açacağım
