Being scammed

I booked a car for 3 days. I went to the OK Mobility agency which is so far outside of the airport of Tenerife (Spain) that you need to take a bus.

There are long waiting times and no information to find the bus. At the agency, the manager (Sabrina) asked for my passport, I provided my French national identity card, she told me that she wanted my passport, I showed her a scan of my passport on my mobile. She didn't even look at either. She was stuck in her stupid behavior.

Despite the scanned passport and my real ID card, she refused to provide the car. It would be better to interact with an automated machine instead of such an entitled person. At least, it would have checked the ID and given me the keys.

Which is what happens when you pick up a car outside of office hours (you just need a reservation number to release the keys). This lady and her company ruined the beginning of our vacation.

Charged outrageous amount for car return outside of business hours

Reservation number 706**** (Seville airport). Return time was theoretically set at 1:00pm, but we were reassured by the agent who assisted us that dropping the car at 6:00am was possible.

Office was closed though and no Dropbox available. Car was parked locked in front of entrance and key dropped in front of office door.

But now we are told there is a Euro 250 (!) fine for unusual drop off! We strongly challenge that!
