OKMO 2000W solar generator failed within 2 months of service; no response whatsoever from customer service

OKMO Tech - OKMO 2000W solar generator failed within 2 months of service; no response...

I bought two OKMO 2000W solar generators this fall to provide backup power to the electrical parts of an oil furnace (ignition and thermostat connection), thermostats, cable modem, WiFi routers, and WiFi security cameras at a remote property I manage. I ran multiple tests of the units upon installation and was genuinely pleased by their combined price and performance.

That pleasure vanished when the OKMO unit reponsible for oil furnace backup failed during the first actual power outage of the winter season. The unit functioned properly for an hour or so, then ceased producing AC output. The water pipes came dangerously close to freezing. In other words, OKMO's inverter failed - within 60 days of operation.

I contacted OKMO via the customer support form on its website, but OKMO never replied. Nada. Complete radio silence. So, I now have a $1,099.95 paperweight - within 60 days of operation.

Do not buy anything from OKMO. They do not stand behind their products.

I have two Jackery units (similar role, different property) that were definitely worth the extra cost. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

Had the same issue. The G2000 worked well for 9 months but now it won't turn on.

The emails on the OKMO Contact website do not work. I can't find a phone number.

I'd like a refund and I want to send it back. I'm not even sure how to safely dispose of this.
