All paint came off on the first use they offered a can of paint on brand new $500 grill they dont stand behind the product that sale and are supposed to be expert grill makers highly disappointed and strongly recommend anyone to not buy the product

Replace our grill and have a manager contact us. Approximately 4 weeks ago I asked to speak with a manager, the employee refused to let me speak with one.

Verified ReviewerI have been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks.
- - Refund promised on Dec 7, but not received by Dec 18.
- - Box arrived damaged; delivery refused.
- - Refund processing is unresponsive.
'DI ordered the charbroil judge the middle of November. When it finally arrived, the box was damaged and I refused the delivery and contacted Oklahoma Joes.
On December 7th, I received an email stating that my refund had been done. Today is December, 18th and no refund. I spend two hours yesterday on the phone and after many excuses and promises of phone calls and another hour today, you cannot reach the people that are suppose to be processing the refund. The number you call does not get you to the people that can process, and other than them sending an email, you don't hear back.
I would strongly suggest not dealing with this company. If I ever actually get my money back, I will not order another one.
