Mountain coaster casulity
After snowboarding my twin boys wanted to ride the mountain coaster. First time fine.
2nd time, it seems no one was watching and a coaster got loose. First son started, only to come around the curve a hit a loose unmanned coaster. He hurt his neck. 2nd son came around and was able to stop because he was warned.
Both boys screaming for help for over 20 minutes. Horrified!!! It was dark and they were alone in the woods stuck.
Boys are survivors got out of stuck coasters and moved one down. All along we were telling waiting crew something is wrong.
Boys hysterical and shaking came down mountain. Finally just before one of the crew went up the catwalk. Boys were reprimanded by one of the crew who did nothing not to get out of coaster.
My one son is still having nightmares about the whole episode. Needless to say it was not a good ride home 51/2 hours away!!

Resolved: Okemo mountain resort!
Credit towards new pass
Poor grooming of the trails , poor customer service, and not recommended place!
Sorry to say but disappointed with their service! Don't waste time to drive there to scratch your skis and pay overpriced ticket!
My year started bad lost of driving license pushed me to communicate with the resort by phone and find out that they are not flexible at all !
The management is poor not flexible like a communist country government! Bad experience on the slopes as well when you go regular speed the ski patrol is going crazy giving you *** warnings and lections!:((( ridiculous resort far away from 21 st century!
