Check status of food stamps (stolen)
My food stamps were used but not by me they told me it was used in another state but I haven't been out of Oklahoma in 15 years so it's not me but who? I'm angry Cause I don't get my check until Wednesday the 13th what do I need to do today or maybe tomorrow.
Call211 again? They have a menu that's confusing.

Having problems with the text free # I am using trying to get help applying for snap
I feel like giving up I waited over 2 hours on the line and that was my fault cause I had my phone number mixed up but it's a text now number and today the calling on tbis app is not working on my phone I want to finish my snap application I need to get done today

no customer service lots of phone numbers four days of making calls no progress local dhs still closed due to covid

Medicare questions
I have been trying to reach an agent since Monday wait time is ridiculous they answered and put me on hold for 2 hrs. Or more each time when they did call me one person was transferring to another agent but put me on hold again for 196 minutes my phone died and Ive not called back until now. Need more agents

OMG, I was holding on the phone line to speak with someone about my food stamp case and after 5 1/2 hrs on hold ,as soon as the worker gets on the phone,the phone hung up.she had already gotten my phone number... But never called me back after getting disconnected... Not good,

Sooner care benefits
It was a pain waiting on the phone that long.I wish someone would call me because this crap is hard to do online.Plus I will probably lose my benefits because dhs sent everything late in the mail.could someone please call me on Monday.405 496 ****.Susanrupel.
