Check status of food stamps (stolen)
My food stamps were used but not by me they told me it was used in another state but I haven't been out of Oklahoma in 15 years so it's not me but who? I'm angry Cause I don't get my check until Wednesday the 13th what do I need to do today or maybe tomorrow.
Call211 again? They have a menu that's confusing.

I have been trying to reach an agent since Monday wait time is ridiculous they answered and put me on hold for 2 hrs. Or more each time when they did call me one person was transferring to another agent but put me on hold again for 196 minutes my phone died and Ive not called back until now. Need more agents

OMG, I was holding on the phone line to speak with someone about my food stamp case and after 5 1/2 hrs on hold ,as soon as the worker gets on the phone,the phone hung up.she had already gotten my phone number... But never called me back after getting disconnected... Not good,
