I received the hat, it was in a envelope and was a little crushed but it was what I wanted. They showed it being delivered in a box.
I love the hat, just wish it wasn't showing creases. I was told they found it stuck away in their warehouse.

Resolved: Not sure about this company
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally received my order.
It should not take this long to receive my item, and they have not kept me advised as to when it would be delivered. Not sure about this company.
