Liam Morrison of Okanagan mobile home leveling sent a crew out to level my double wide home when we were expecting someone to come out to give us an actual quote. The crew arrived late, was very quick in doing the job, damaged my skirting to the mobile home.
They leveled the floor to about 40% satisfaction. Liam came out the week after with his crew arriving 2 hrs late, leveled my home a bit more and reported a damage beam underneath. Liam was to get his business partner Landon to come out and give a quote the next day to fix the rotten beam but no call back.
When I went underneath the trailer I found damage from the jack, saw obvious water damage to a floor board that was not brought up to my attention. Still have a bad slope in my floor.
