Late Delivery & Returns

Ordered May 29 with promise of 7-10 business days to ship. Finally got the shoes on 6/21, much later than expected. They charged my card on the day I ordered, not the day they shipped. They advertise free shipping and returns. Beware: YOU pay if you return. Get tracking number for proof of return. Hopefully, the refund process goes quicker than their delivery process.

No Customer Service!!

The customer service was horrible! I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding. They came in reasonable time, but when I needed to exchange them the nightmare began! It took so long for them to respond to an exchange question, I had to get different shoes so I ended up asking for a return. The whole process was a nightmare and over a month later I never got a refund and a random pair of shoes showed up! They do not respond to voicemails at all and it took over a week to get a response to an email (only 1 email out of 3 was replied to in a month). Only order from this company if you are SURE you won't need an exchange... Or just order them on Amazon..
