They wouldnt let me return the gloves to get my money back
i bought winter gloves from their website on january 9,2021,the next day i went outside for a walk for 30 mnutes in -15 degree celcius weather here in montreal,quebec,canada,and my fingers were almost frozen at the end of the walk,i called them to tell them i would like to return my gloves which i paid 99$ plus tax for thinking they would be very warm at that price,and they refused to take them back cause i wore them,even though i had them only for one day and used them once for 30 minutes,i kept calling and emailling them and they blocked my number and never emailed me back,so if you want warm gloves at a good price with good customer service look elsewhere
