Two months months and still waiting for wife’s Christmas present and can’t get a hold of any live body and email responses just go in circles.
Terribly, two months and still nothing. Was supposed to be a Xmas present for wife.
No contact personally w anyone just all this online crap. Very disappointed.
Don’t even know how to cancel my order if I wanted to. But I just want it fixed and delivered.
I never received my second snap socket. I ordered it two months ago as a Christmas present for my wife.
There is no resolution other than receiving a lot of the same emails that I respond to, and nothing happens.
I'm sick of it! Please help your customer!
