Terrible Company, horrible products and non-existent customer service!
- - Product quality is terrible; a Mercari seller is disguised.
- - Customer service is unresponsive, BBB F and 1-star ratings; warranty replacement requested.
I purchased one of Ohsnap's products due to seeing several advertisements and the company seeming/looking legit. Yes, they make real items and do deliver them...however, they are terrible quality and it's one of those companies that accept no accountability for issues with their products.
They have a seller on Mercari that sells them at a discount come to find out, but it's disguised as a normal person. Very strange and shady! Screenshots attached of "his" profile and transaction.
They have a "customer service e-mail," but they don't use it, it's there just for a facade to provide reassurance that if customers have issues, they'll fix them for you. This is not the case, unfortunately.
They will not respond to email, Facebook and Facebook Messenger and purposely do this to avoid accountability.
They have an F rating with the BBB, 1 star rating from TrustPilot and a 1 star rating from pissedconsumer, all for terrible merchandise and the nonexistent lying customer service that won't answer or help! They need to be held accountable and the BBB has been more than amazing helping in the past.
At this point, I don't even want a refund or anything, I just want them to honor their warranty/guarantee that they promise all over the internet! A simple replacement to try again.
Too many companies do this these days! Taking advantage of fellow Americans, tisk tisk!
Preferred solution: An apology and a product replacement! Refund works too so I don't have to support those clowns any further!!!

I followed the instructions according to the video when I scanned a QRC code. the sticker for my android phone is not working and continues to fall off if these were not made for android phones and exclusively for iPhone then I wish it wouldve been advertised as such instead of giving a lame sticker for androids.

I tried website, chat link, etc. about order I received today.
I was hesitant spending this much for a case knock on wood my cheap ones have been dropped in really bad ways that I would definitely think something broke but at most the case has been banged up and when only pay $5-$10 you dont mind that, easy enough to get a replacement case . Paying this price it better be great protection but the camera lens cover isnt even right fit for my phone

Missing items

I still have not heard about when my items will be shipped. The email I received made it seem like the my items are out of stock but they didnt say when it might ship or anything.
When I ordered my items were available otherwise I wouldn't have been able to order. I will say that the oh snap grip I do have is really good

Terribly, two months and still nothing. Was supposed to be a Xmas present for wife.
No contact personally w anyone just all this online crap. Very disappointed.
