T atemped to log in. One of the initial pages stated a service to assign a new password was available.

This is false.

I signed up from my Edison at the time of paying my current bill.

I have not seen any package with plug device. I do not have any device.

I tried to enter my network password, but this did not work either.

Online health did not call

I called Om and made an appointment for two days in advance. They did not call at the appointed time referred to just answer in their website.

Just answer. Promised to call me back in a short while with an expert.

It is never happened.

Very frustrating. Om website does not even answer basic questions.

Not understanding the full details to save energy

I cannot get anyone to help me understand and set up my energy saving strategy and what devices and or appliances i must not use or actually unplug from outlets to help save the companys scheduled Ohm savings period which is usually between 5-7pm

It all feels very happenchance and disorganized. Most frustrating. We are a household that cannot become ultra modern due to the age of the building; however, I know there are actions that still can be taken to save on energy and lessen the load on the electric grid!

Disconnection of service at wrong address

On around or around June 26/28, 2023, You contact Rhythm and Oncor Electric and ask that service be disconnected for 1444 Cape cod dr, Dallas, tx. Instead of 1445 Cape cod dr, Dallas, Tx Without Checking your system the for the correct Esid/Meter number to make sure you had the right address for the person you had service with.

At that Time I was out of state/country and didn't notice it until I checked my Security cameras/alarm system. I contacted Oncor and Rhythm and was able to service restored on monday 7/31/2023 by Phone something you should have done when you found that you had made mistake in cutting service at the wrong address. !! It is what it is, But I lost a lot of food A freezer and Refrigerator freezer in the garage area plus a refrigerator freezer in the house.

Aquarium Fish etc plus clean up fees. I feel you owe me for my losses which is around $2,000.00 dollars.
