Ohio Edison

I need a human to discuss overdue payment for acct ending in 2722. Cut off date is 8/3/2023. I am calling from another state and have questions before I pay with my credit card

No one has contacted me about the pole in the middle of my yard. It was suppose to be moved and it hasn't happened yet.

We have been without power since the storms. We are retired and on a fixed income.

We have a generator but with gas the price it is, we only run it occasionally. This is horrible.

Rather than an answer I got forwarded to an attorney. Not paying a buck to speak to an attorney when Ohio Edison are the ones responsible.

After being told about what I needed to pay on my bill, it was all changed when it was time to call in to make the payment. I was disconnected and had to call back in.

One representative got snippy with me. When I asked a legitimate question she acted like it was a problem to answer. Made excuses! I hate Ohio Edison so much.

They lost in court and owe all of us money.

They rip people off. Rant over!!

Wind was blowing super hard for hours and I was told a tree fell on electric line,once they moved it electric came back on.

He was professional and I thank God for his attitude was very pleasant. Ohio Edison need more like the gentleman who assisted me.

A large evergreen needs to be cut down by Anytime Tree Service which is too close to the road and power lines to be safely accomplished.

They advised me to call you to top this tree , which would be free of charge, in order to remove the dead tree.

They are on the property today removing other trees and will need to come back to finalize the job.

Your prompt service will be greatly appreciated by all.

I tried 2 call 2 set up a payment plan but didn't know how 2 work the automated voice thingy n couldn't get ahold of anyone.

This is another outage in a long list of constant outages, sometimes with no apparent reason. Very frustrating.

Line down in front yard. Left for 3 hrs.

Said it be up n running. Came home. Some guy in oh ed truck said i cant walk up driveway. Sat and waited1 hr.

Walked up got into house. Called oh ed again, they on way. Guy still in drive, 2 hrs later-called again oh ed, same girl, in drive she said. Lines down but not live(?) like i test it.

Called again, said they down road on their way. Waited. Called again asked gor supervisor, 24 to 48 hr wait, said ok. But the rep told me not to worry.

Let my pup out. Hes laying dead in my yard.

Guess they told me truth. Wires not live!!!!!

Worst company ever. We paid them over 1000 last month and then same thing this month.

My bill is so screwed up and they refuse to help me. I ask for help and they are rude and act like 1000 is no big deal. I am having to sell our house hold furniture to feed my family. I hope someone knows how to stop their high rates and fire their non caring staff.

I am in the medical profession and we never turn anyone away and want to help them.

This company must hire people with no heart, nor does this company care about it here, just money. Ran and owned by the devil
