My mother birthday year and her death year was wrong they have 10/31/2023 for her birthday her birth year is 10/31/1962 her death year is 12/20/2022

My order was sent to the wrong address in another state.

I've been tracking my order. I noticed this past weekend that it said it was in Mission Kansas. I called the post office and they said it was delivered to the wrong address in Mission Kansas and to check with Oh canvas to see if my order had been shipped back to your business. I need to get this information as soon as possible. This item is an important gift to a family member.

User's recommendation: make sure your address is correct. Double check. I'm not sure why my order went to a different address. Also, I have had a hard time reaching the business by phone and email.
