Non existent customer service

I ordered some clothing from OGBYI. When it arrived I tried it on and found that it did not fit. The company has a 7 day notification period to inform them of issues. I spent the next 7 days trying to call their customer service number (always disconnected) and emailing them (no reply) I was ultimately stuck with my non-fitting purchase.

User's recommendation: There are more reputable and responsive places to buy clothing.
