This site, after two previous purchases asked me for personal information for verification. I thought it was odd that after two previous purchase. I asked the live chat why they had taken my money before seeking verification. I got nothing but an attitude and when I asked for a refund I was told I have to way for 5 to seven business days. Yet 20 minutes later I was sent a email that they now had enough game currency and can now deliver my order. They still haven't listed my order as refunded.

Update: I ordered from another site after posting this review. Within minutes of ogpal was contacting me in game and then the other seller.
