AI Highlights
  • - Farxiga prescribed May 23 by Dr. Mason at Skyline Clinic.
  • - BCBS requested info May 27; no response yet; appointment to monitor is in 60 days.

My husband was prescribed Farxiga by Dr. Mason at the Skyline Clinic on May 23.

BCBS requested additional info to approve the prescription on May 27. I cannot get Dr. Mason's office to respond to my insurance company and provide the requested information. Dr.

Mason prescribed Farxigo to treat early stage kidney and heart failure, so assume it is important that I get this prescription filled. Per Dr. Mason's instructions I have scheduled an appointment with her for 90 days from when she issued this prescription so she can monitor the effectiveness of the meds.

Well now it is only 60 days until my scheduled appointment and I have not been able to start taking Farxiga yet. HELP!!!
