Terrible work
- - I paid $2600 to replace two doors; they did not work.
- - They are being sued by the real Overhead Door company for name and logo infringement.
Buyer Beware:
Overhead Garage Door. I recently had this organization fix my garage doors.
It was a total disaster. They are being sued by the real Overhead Door company for name infringement as well as even their logo.
Scam company.
I paid $2600 to replace two garage doors.
They did not work and finally I called the REAL Overhead Door company to fix it.
The problems that were left to be fixed with picture verification below were
1)the safety sensors were mounted up on the motors of the door on the ceiling. This is a regulation violation as they are supposed to be mounted 6 inches from the floor.
2)No safety cables were placed through the extension springs, another violation
3)incorrect and wrong sized bolts in the spring pulleys.
4)Limit switch wasnt working on one door
5)the wire splices were left bare and not covered with wire nuts
6)no perimeter weather seal was installed
7)the old sensors were pushed aside and left in place.
8)Trash from from unwrapping the doors was left in the garage bedlam
Of course, I had to pay the new garage company for their repair.
