I still waiting for my order over than 2 weeks I the most horrible experience I have ever had with an online order
I ordered trainers and they took the payment, but I haven't received my order since the 10th of May and no one has contacted me to explain what's happening.

Order issue
The phone number which is online as the one for orders actually is directing you to the Off Spring gift cards.
I ordered a pair of shoes and then realised that I havent updated my delivery address so tried to log in my account but couldnt remember the password. The Reset my password is not working and when I emailed them it takes 5 working days to reply !However they might have delivered the shoes to the wrong address!!!
