Fake Jerseys and Terrible Service

I purchased a personalized jersey for my son's birthday. Not only was the product received late, but it was also NOT from an actual Raptors store. It came from China and was the wrong colour and very poor quality stuck on letters. When I wrote to their customer service dept, this is what they said:
"Hello,
Thanks for your pics. I am so sorry for the details. Could you please keep it?
You know, the return process is complicated and will take a long time. So it is not a good choice for you."
I am so furious. Save your money and do not buy from this fake company pretending to be an official raptors store.

I was really excited to find JV's jersey in a women's cut. The site looks pretty professional and i did not search for reviews before ordering.
A bell went off when a week had passed and I had not yet received a shipping notification.
I have sent them 2 emails through their "contact us" link. My last email to them stated that I will stop payment and report them if I do not get a response.
I can't believe I was so silly. If anyone can find a phone number for these guys it would be appreciated. There is no information on where this company is located or where the product will be shipping from.
Can someone that received their Jersey post a picture of it please?

This vendor is a thief that makes fake jerseys.

After sending multiple emails, the vendor replied to me and sent a tracking number. I am very worried about the quality of this jersey.
I did receive my jersey but it is NOT an official NBA jersey. I only wash it if I have to as I'm afraid the stickers will start to peel off.
