Last year I purchase the Hcg diet plan from them and it actually worked but I had to stop before I completed the cycle. Nevertheless I lost 10 lbs. I order the same supplement which according to their advertisement is "improved" Well, it does not work. I have been on it for 3 weeks and it DOES NOT WORK. The difference is this new one is hormone free. I also ordered the shake and they sent the wrong one. I have tried to contact them by phone and their voice mail box is always full. The don't reply to their emails. I posted on facebook and they deleted my post. The promise SUPPORT but there is none! Oh...they also did not ship the recipie books that were included in the packaged I ordered.

They sent a product to my home in January 2011. The box I received was not the company I was to get the free sample from, when I tried to return it with the address on the box they said they never received it. Then I was bill on my credit card for $179.00. for nothing. I thought it was over, but no. In looking into a charge account I have been billed for $14.95 every month for the last 10 months. Tried calling the number I was given. No response. This was for a personal trainer. What theives. How can the internet allow these crooks to continue to take money form people.

My grandaughter made a mistake and tried to cancel an order for hbc diet drops.

they have no customer service..they dont answer emails and I am about to initiate a visa chargeback as they sent me wrong product and refuse to answer emails. What a *** service.
DO NOT ORDER DROPS FROM THEM.. go to another reputable company in Canada..
like HCGWARRIOR. I will order from them next time.
