Officeworks - Exchange policy / manager humiliated to customers( asked to leave the store...

I bought a laptop 15 days ago. I didn't use the laptop for 2-3 days and after that, I tried to use software and it was working well. After 5-6 days, the laptop started running slow.

I went to the store and the store clerk knowingly pointed out that there was a minor scratch on the top of the laptop when there wasn't one. We simply asked the store clerk to send it to the Lenovo store but he refused.

We went to the store again and talked to one of the managers and we were working on it. Everything was going smoothly. The first manager excused himself and spoke to another manager who then came over angrily and spoke in a loud way. She claimed she was the store manager and was loud the whole time and rude. (We felt humiliated and discriminated against as we are Asian and brown). We asked her to lower her voice and then she asked us to leave the store. She misused her power and humiliated us in the store in front of staff and customers.

I want to raise a full concern about this. She should apologize to us in front of everyone. We are in Australia, not for discrimination.

I have been trying to connected customer service for weeks . Ive been trying to get my car fixed which was damaged . At officeorks and unable to get fixed because no one is answering.its take 1 year to get in contact with the insurance and now I still have to wait so they can rectify if its there fault .

I as told to put a claim in with Wesfarmers insurance but Im not getting a reply . This is so wrong I was told to get a quote and I did my car is damaged and nothing is happening nor will anyone reply to me

Cant answer customer support when i have been calling since 9am. Its not 3.05pm.

This is so bad.

Cant seem to just have a order ajusted by them in store. Whats the point of doing it then.

Preferred solution: Aplogy for my struggle today And price reduction on my item now as ive been struggling to get a hold of support. My fuel there to the shop for nothing isnt free.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Waited three weeks for the repair to be done before contacting Consumer Protection, then only two days after that it was miraculously all fixed! Amazing!

Two month old HP AIO PC stopped working while using, take it back, sorry we only do repairs not replacement, three weeks later still waiting on said repairs and no news on when it will be done. HP says it's being worked on, Officeworks says waiting on HP sending the parts. Hiho hiho it's off to consumer protection I go I guess.
